Consumers can submit complaints to the European Commission’s ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You can find our contact details in our legal notice above. We would like to point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
